TCS HR head's update on hiring freshers in fiscal year ending March 2025
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) added 5,726 employees in Q2 FY25, continuing its hiring momentum from the previous quarter. Total headcount increased to 612,724 by September 2023. TCS plans to hire 40,000 freshers by March 2025 and has initiated campus hiring for FY26.
