Aircraft carrying Malawi vice president goes missing
An aircraft carrying Malawi's Vice President, Saulos Klaus Chilima, along with nine other passengers, has gone missing, as announced by Malawi's presidency on Monday. Chilima, aged 51, was on board a Malawi Defense Force aircraft that departed from the capital, Lilongwe, at 0917 local time (0717 GMT). Search and rescue operations are currently underway.
